COURSE LEVEL: Beginners
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: None
GENERAL AIM OF THE COURSE: Low impact body conditioning course in a fun, relaxed, mixed ability class.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: To become more aware of your body and its capabilities.
BY THE END OF THE COURSE THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO: 1. Improve flexibility 2. Increase stamina 3. Develop Cardio Vascular Performance 4. Have fun MATERIALS REQUIRED BY STUDENT: Good footwear is paramount: Layered comfortable clothing, Water/still juice for drinking.
