Class Description

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: No formal entry requirements.
GENERAL AIM OF THE COURSE: To learn or improve on skills to make realistic sugar flowers and leaves using a variety of techniques.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the course students will have learned to - 1. Make realistic flowers and leaves 2. How to colour flowers 3. How to colour and glaze leaves 4. How to assemble flowers and leaves
GENERAL APPROACH TO THE COURSE: Class will be a mixture of demonstrations, group and individual tuition.
MATERIALS REQUIRED BY STUDENTS: Students are advised not to purchase equipment or materials prior to the class commencing. Tutor will advise students of any equipment and materials/ingredients required on the first session of the class.
