Class Description
GENERAL NOTE-DANCE CLASSES: Working with a partner makes the class more enjoyable. Whilst we do "team" students up we cannot guarantee that partners will be available.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: No formal entry requirements.
GENERAL AIM OF THE COURSE To give students a basic understanding of the standard dances. LEARNING OUTCOMES 1. Students will be able to dance no less than five dances. 2. Stand and hold in a dancing hold with each other. 3. Relate and move to music. 4. Know when to lead and follow plus footwork in all dances.
MATERIALS REQUIRED BY STUDENT Soft shoes (no boots or trainers please). Working with your own partner makes the class more enjoyable. Whilst we will "team-up" students who do not have a partner, we cannot guarantee that partners will be available.
