Class Description
GENERAL NOTE-DANCE CLASSES: Working with a partner makes the class more enjoyable. Whilst we do "team" students up we cannot guarantee that partners will be available.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: No formal entry requirements but ideally students will have completed a beginners course or have some previous knowledge of Ballroom Dance.
GENERAL AIM OF THE COURSE: To advance from the beginners stage, learn new steps, figures and new dances. LEARNING OUTCOMES:
By the end of the course students will have learned i) To continue and improve Posture, Balance, technique and timing ii) Add new variations in all dances iii) To dance comfortably and confidently at a good social level
GENERAL APPROACH TO THE COURSE: Demonstration and instruction. Students will work in partners with individual attention as/when required Students should wear lightweight shoes - NO TRAINERS PLEASE.
